The Hudson Valley SPCA houses up to 23 dogs and over 80 cats at any given time.  A large number of these animals have been victims of animal abuse and/or neglect.  They require time, love, and attention to heal their wounds.  Every single animal that comes through our doors is given a second chance at a happy life.  Our service to the community of Orange County is to rescue and rehabilitate the animals in need and match them with individuals of similar personality and energy that will provide the most appropriate home life.
